Nafil Estates is the resident and estate management app for gated communities, used by residents, security personnel and estate administrators to manage day-to-day access and communication.

RESIDENTS

• Generate a visitor pass in seconds and share the QR code with anyone you're expecting.
• Schedule a visit ahead of time. Security just needs the visitor's name at the gate, no code required.
• Give family, house help and regular visitors their own standing access card, reviewed on a schedule you choose.
• Get notified the moment a household member or frequent visitor is scanned in at the gate.
• See your full visit history and your estate ID card.
• Report maintenance and security issues, and track them through to resolution.
• Read estate-wide announcements, including emergency alerts.
