HOW YOU JOIN Your estate invites you by SMS. Enter your phone number, verify with OTP, and join your estate with the invite code or link from management. Residents can also submit a join request with proof of tenancy for admin approval.

PRIVACY & SECURITY • Role-based access, residents, guards, and staff only see what their role allows • Optional Face ID for quick, secure login • Camera used for QR scanning, visitor photos, and identity verification (KYC) when required • Location used only when you trigger SOS so security can respond • Data handled in line with Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR)
