Quoto Build

Quoto Build is the construction intelligence platform for crews who would rather be building than filing paperwork. Walk the site with your phone, and the app turns what you already capture into the records your project actually has to produce.

FROM WALKTHROUGH TO REPORT Film a site walk or shoot a handful of photos, upload them from the app, and Quoto Build reads them into a written site report: what progress was made, what conditions were found, what the risks are and what to do about them. Reports can be reviewed, edited, approved and shared, and generated in other languages for a multilingual crew.

CATCH HAZARDS WHILE THERE IS STILL TIME Run a field level hazard assessment or an FLHA from your phone with the camera in your hand. Photograph the condition, record severity and likelihood, and raise a corrective action assigned to a named person with a due date. Track it from open to verified to closed, with photo evidence at each stage.

FORMS AND INSPECTIONS THAT DO NOT COME BACK ON PAPER Build your own forms or use the library: inspections, PPE checks, equipment checks, toolbox talks, roof work plans, orientations, incident and near miss reports. Fill them in on site, capture signatures on the screen, attach photos, and submit. Forms can be tracked to see what is outstanding and who owes it.

KNOW WHO IS ON SITE Check workers, subcontractors and visitors in and out, record the hazard briefing they received, and run a roll call or a muster when you need to account for everyone on the site in a hurry.

TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS THAT DO NOT LAPSE QUIETLY Assign training, including a built in multi language WHMIS course, and see who has completed it. Hold each worker's certifications, competencies and expiry dates, and get warned before a ticket runs out rather than after.

COMPLIANCE YOU CAN HAND OVER Track COR and ISN readiness as you work, and export the compliance record when the audit arrives instead of assembling it from scratch.

MEASURE AND ESTIMATE Set a scale on a floor plan and take off quantities digitally, with no printing. Raise change orders and invoices against a project from the field.

EVERYTHING ON ONE PROJECT Projects, personnel, equipment, chemicals and safety data sheets, meetings, subcontractors and private team messaging all read from the same site data, so information is entered once and shows up everywhere it is needed.

BUILT FOR THE FIELD The camera, the photo library and your location are used only where they do real work: photographing a hazard, attaching site evidence, and confirming a form was completed at the site it describes. Nothing is tracked in the background.

Quoto Build is a tool for businesses. It requires a Quoto Build account with an active company plan. You can subscribe to a monthly plan right inside the app with App Store billing, or use a plan your company administrator already manages. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and can be managed any time in your device Settings under Subscriptions.
