We get it! The Vault was built by two neurodivergent parents because we needed it—and we use it every day ourselves.

With three kids, we were finding ourselves drowning with all the things we needed to remember, on top of the everyday admin that comes with life.

We needed somewhere to put it all. Somewhere that made sense to us, that we could share, that didn’t become another thing to manage or another subscription to forget.

So we made The Vault. We know it’s a little different from the other “productivity” apps out there. It grew out of our everyday lives, and we’d love you to see whether it fits into yours.

Try every feature free for seven days. Use it, play with it, customise it—and hopefully fall in love with it.

After that, it’s £4.99 to keep all access, including Family Sharing, as a one-off purchase. No subscription, no automatic charge, and nothing to remember to cancel. If you don’t purchase, your saved cards remain available to read and export.

And if it’s not for you, we’d genuinely still love to hear why. Your feedback will help us to improve and develop The Vault through future builds.

SOMEWHERE TO PUT IT ALL Keep notes, photos, documents, web links and voice recordings together as cards. Add a reminder, mark something complete, or archive it for later.

MAKE IT FEEL LIKE YOURS Arrange cards in zones, rename the headings and choose your theme and layout. Start with Must Do, Should Do, Could Do and Brain Dump, then make them your own. A guided introduction helps you settle in.

SHARE THE EVERYDAY STUFF Create shared vaults with family, friends or the people you work with. Keep them separate from your personal vault. Copy or move cards between vaults, while everyone keeps their own visual preferences.

IMPORTANT COPIES, CLOSE AT HAND Keep important personal cards in Vault Safe, behind Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode. Put them in the order that works for you. Safe adds an app privacy lock; it does not separately encrypt your files.

TAKE YOUR CARDS WITH YOU Export a card and its attachments together in one Vault card file. Import it into another vault as a new copy, or export readable text and attachments separately.

A LITTLE HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT Use Quick Sort to work through cards one at a time. Add reminders, choose how much you see at once, and find instructions and tips from Settings.

Your vaults sync through iCloud across your Apple devices. No advertising, no social feed and no extra Vault account to create.
