Open the app and it answers one question: what needs my attention? Past due items come first and largest. This week next. Then this month, then later. Nothing else competes for your eye.

Tap "Mark as done" and OneVault records what happened — the date, the amount, a note, a receipt — then moves the reminder forward one cycle automatically. Weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly. Your history builds itself.

Each category has its own fields. Insurance asks for the policy number, cover and nominee. Health asks for dosage and hospital. Documents asks for the issuing authority. You can add your own categories too.

WiFi passwords. Blood groups. Locker combinations. Bank login hints. The stuff that never expires but that you can never find. Titles only on the list — no preview line, because these hold passwords.

REMINDERS THAT DON'T NAG

Two notifications per item: one before it's due, one on the day. Set the lead time per item — 60 days for a passport, 2 for a refill. Never a daily drumbeat on something overdue.
