Features & Capabilities

Record an attack in one gesture, then hand your doctor a PDF with a month of numbers. No account: your records stay on your phone.

A headache diary that gives no advice.

The app records what you marked and lays it out so that the conversation with your doctor takes five minutes instead of half an hour of trying to remember. It makes no diagnosis, does not interpret your data and never tells you what to do. That is deliberate: the conclusions are a neurologist's work.

ONE GESTURE TO RECORD In the middle of an attack you need a single move — drag along the strength scale. Everything else can be filled in once it lets go, or not at all. Six steps: strength, where it hurts, what it feels like, what came with it, medication, a comment. You can record several attacks in one day.

YOUR PHONE'S BAROMETER Every iPhone has a real air-pressure sensor. The app takes a reading each time you open it — on days with pain and days without, otherwise there would be nothing to compare against. It works in any country, with no internet and no location access. No weather service is involved at all.

A REPORT FOR YOUR DOCTOR Three pages of PDF: days with pain, days without, days with a painkiller, the spread by strength, where it hurt most often, a log of every attack, medication for the month, pressure by day, your questionnaire and your treatment plan. Save it to Files, send it any way you like, print it.

TREATMENT PLAN After an appointment, write down what the doctor prescribed: medicines, exercises, procedures. Set reminders — daily, every other day, on chosen weekdays — and tick things off. Your ticks go into the report, so the next appointment can see how the treatment actually went.

QUESTIONNAIRE Headache history, head and neck injuries, other conditions, what you have already tried, sleep, caffeine, alcohol, your own observations. The things asked at a first appointment and impossible to recall on the spot.

A SUMMARY WITH NO CONCLUSIONS The app counts from your own records: how many days it hurt, when attacks more often began, which area was marked most, how many days you took a painkiller. Every line can be checked by hand. No causes, no forecasts, no "your triggers".

QUIET ROOM Breathing with a longer exhale, and four sounds: distant thunder, rain on the roof, singing bowls, a fireplace. No timer and no goal.

LIBRARY Eleven articles on migraine, weather, keeping a diary, medication, sleep and the neck. Read inside the app, with no trips to outside sites. Each one names its source.

PUZZLE OF THE MONTH Every day without pain, and every day your plan is done, opens a piece of a picture. The puzzle only grows: a bad day takes nothing away — unlike streaks, which reset and punish you for being ill.

YOUR DOCUMENTS Scans, doctors' notes, prescriptions — on one shelf, so you don't hunt for them before an appointment.

NO ACCOUNT There is no sign-up because there is no server. Your health records stay on your phone and are sent nowhere. No email, no password. You can save a copy of everything as one file, and "Delete everything" erases the lot without a trace.

English and Russian, one tap apart.

This app is not a medical device and does not replace seeing a doctor.
