MyBP Log

Track blood pressure & pulse privately — no account, no ads, no cloud. AHA categories, trend charts, GP-ready reports, and reminders, stored only on your device.

MyBP Log is a simple, private way to track your blood pressure and pulse — no account, no ads, no cloud required.

Log a reading in seconds: systolic, diastolic, pulse, and an optional note. MyBP Log instantly classifies each one using the American Heart Association's categories, so you always know where you stand — Normal, Elevated, Stage 1, Stage 2, or Hypertensive Crisis.

FOLLOW YOUR TRENDS See your numbers over 7, 30, or 90 days — or your entire history — with clear charts for blood pressure and pulse, plus at-a-glance averages and your highest and lowest readings.

SHARE WITH YOUR DOCTOR Generate a clean report for any single day or date range and share it straight from your phone — handy for your next appointment.

STAY ON SCHEDULE Set a reminder window (like 9am–9pm) and an interval, and MyBP Log will nudge you to log a reading, entirely through iOS's own notifications.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS MyBP Log has no servers. Every reading is stored only on your device — no account, no analytics, no tracking, nothing ever sent anywhere. Export a backup file any time and restore it later; where you send that file (iCloud Drive, Files, AirDrop) is entirely up to you.

Requires iOS 17 or later.
