GCLdistribution

GCLdistribution is an internal distribution system for companies that supply their own stores from their own warehouse.

NOTE: the app's interface is in Georgian. It is built for one market and is not localised into other languages.

FOR THE DRIVER

• Today's run: which store, what cargo, in what order
• Cargo pick-up and arrival recorded with one tap
• A handover photo taken at the door
• Works without a connection: actions queue and are sent the moment the signal returns

FOR THE OFFICE

• A live operations board: where every van is right now
• Create and manage deliveries, including mixed loads
• A registry of stores, warehouses, vehicles and drivers
• Handover control with photo evidence and a rating
• Analytics by store and by driver

LOCATION Location is used only while a delivery is in progress, to show the cargo moving. Recording starts when the driver picks up cargo and stops automatically after the last stop or on sign-out. The data goes only to your own company's server, nowhere else.

ACCESS The app works only with an account issued by the client company. There is no public sign-up: every account belongs to one company and its stores. If your company does not use GCLdistribution yet, get in touch.
