Plexium Hub

Plexium Hub is a companion app for a media server you run yourself on your own computer. It shows you your own library — films, television, music, audiobooks, podcasts, books, photos and files — plays it on your phone, and keeps a copy on the device for when you have no signal.

This app requires a Plexium Hub server. It is not a streaming service, and it does not provide, sell or index any content of its own.

EVERY TAB IN THE APP

Home — what you were part-way through, and what is new on your server.

Films & TV — browse and search your own library by poster, season and episode. Play on your phone and pick up on another device from the same second.

Music — your own albums and playlists, with background audio and lock screen and CarPlay controls.

Listen — audiobooks and podcasts, each keeping your place.

Read — books, PDFs and pages saved to read later, with adjustable type.

Backup — copy photos, videos and voice notes from this phone to your own server, and see in plain words what you would actually lose if that drive died today.

On this device — everything downloaded for offline, playable with the network switched off entirely.

Files — your own folders on your own server: upload, organise, download.

Lists — lists you name yourself, kept apart from the watchlist.

History — everything you have watched, searchable.

Settings — which pages appear in the bottom bar and in what order, appearance, playback, storage and backups.

PRIVACY

Nothing is collected. The app contacts exactly one host: the server address you type in. There is no analytics, no advertising identifier, no crash reporting and no tracking of any kind. Your library, your history and your account all live on hardware you own.

TRYING IT WITHOUT A SERVER

Tap "Try the demo" on the first screen. It runs entirely from sample content bundled inside the app, with no account and no network connection.
