Code Blue Monitor

This app is a simulator for education and training only. It is not a medical device and must not be used for patient monitoring, diagnosis or treatment.

Code Blue Monitor is a patient monitor and defibrillator simulator built for NCLS® (an emergency response course for nurses in Japan) and AHA ACLS training. The iPad sits in front of the learners as the monitor; the iPhone is the instructor's remote. Change the rhythm and vital signs from your hand, and the monitor changes — so learners notice the deterioration themselves instead of being told "the blood pressure is 80."

■ FREE VERSION Four rhythms (sinus rhythm, VF, pulseless VT, asystole), defibrillation (up to 2 shocks per scenario), vital sign control and the built-in patient chart. The two-device setup with the iPhone remote is fully available in the free version.
