ShiftForce Mobile

Schedules, daily log, and team tools for managers and employees.

ShiftForce is the mobile app for running a shift-based business — not just checking your schedule.

Managers keep the daily log, build and change schedules, approve requests, and run the shift from a phone or tablet. Employees see what’s posted, pick up work, request time off, and stay in the loop without chasing texts.

Used by restaurants, hotels, retail, manufacturing, and other shift teams. Requires a ShiftForce company account.

FOR MANAGERS • Daily log (ShiftNote) — shift notes, stats, cash counts, deposits, petty cash, checklists, weather, and meeting topics so the next manager is never starting from scratch • Scheduling — build and publish schedules, use templates, make last-minute changes, and watch labor • Approvals — time off, shift release, and pickup requests in one place • Tasks and checklists — assign work, track completion, keep standards consistent across shifts • Search and reports — find notes, people, and history without digging through paper or email

FOR EMPLOYEES • See upcoming shifts the moment a schedule is published • Set availability and request time off • Release, swap, or pick up shifts • Bulletin board for posted schedules and location updates • Messages and team chat • Shift reminders so you’re not guessing what’s next

ONE APP FOR THE WHOLE TEAM • Documents and files your location actually uses • Calendar and events • Push notifications for new schedules, messages, time-off decisions, and urgent log entries • Built for phones and tablets, so it works on the floor and in the office

ShiftForce replaces the binder, the group text, and the “who’s on tomorrow?” scramble. If your company already uses ShiftForce on the web, this is that same system in your pocket.
