Alpha Health turns your Bluetooth body-composition scale into a simple, private health companion. Pair the scale once and your readings appear instantly on your phone — no manual typing, no spreadsheets.

WHAT YOU CAN SEE Every time you step on your paired scale, Alpha Health captures and displays a full body-composition snapshot: • Weight • Body Mass Index (BMI) • Body fat percentage • Body water percentage • Skeletal muscle • Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) • And other related body metrics

CONNECT YOUR SCALE OVER BLUETOOTH Setup is quick. Open the app, turn on Bluetooth, and let Alpha Health find your compatible weighing scale. Once paired, your measurements transfer automatically each time you weigh in — so your progress stays up to date without any effort.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS OVER TIME Alpha Health keeps a history of your readings so you can see how your weight, BMI, body fat and other metrics change week after week and month after month. Spot trends, stay motivated, and understand your body better.

SHARE WITH YOUR DOCTOR — ONLY IF YOU CHOOSE Want your doctor or health provider to follow your progress? You can optionally link your account to your provider using their License Number. Once linked, your readings are visible to that provider through their secure portal — and only to the provider you chose. Sharing is entirely optional and fully under your control.

SIMPLE, PASSWORD-FREE SIGN-IN No passwords to remember and no email required. You sign in with your mobile phone number and a one-time password (OTP) delivered to you over WhatsApp. Before any code is sent, you confirm your consent to handle your health data — so you are always in control.

YOUR PRIVACY AND SECURITY COME FIRST • Your data is NEVER sold. • NO ads and NO third-party advertising or tracking SDKs. • All network traffic is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. • Your readings are sent only to your own account on our secure server, and shared only with the provider you choose. • Your profile photo and local copies of your readings stay on your device.

DELETE YOUR DATA ANY TIME You are always in control of your information. You can delete your account and all of your data directly inside the app from Settings → "Delete Account & Data".
