Protiva Vastgoed is the mobile app for property owners and investors who manage their own portfolio. On the go, between viewings, or just from the couch: your properties, rental agreements, tenants, invoices, and documents are right in your pocket.

The app is part of the Protiva platform. You log in with your existing Protiva account and work in the same administration as in the web portal — whatever you capture on the go appears instantly on the screen at your desk.

FINANCIAL • Create, send and track the payment status of sales invoices • Review, post and link purchase invoices to a property • View bank transactions and match them against invoices and costs • Send payment reminders to tenants who don't pay, step by step through to handover

MAINTENANCE AND REPORTS • Pick up, assign and resolve tenant reports — with photos attached • Carry out inspections and log them on location • Plumber, electrician or contractor always at your fingertips

COMMUNICATION • Messages to tenants and suppliers, by email or as a real letter by post • All correspondence saved with the right property and the right tenant
