Pickup Driver is the app for professional drivers who work with a transport operator using the Pickup platform. Your operator creates your account and assigns you rides; the app keeps everything you need for the day in one place.

RIDE OFFERS Receive new ride offers with a sound alert, review the route on the map with pickup, stops and drop-off, see how far the pickup is from you, and accept or decline in one tap before the offer expires.

YOUR PLANNED RIDES All your confirmed rides, grouped by day, with pickup time, addresses, passenger count, flight or train details and special instructions. Changes made by dispatch (time, date, address, cancellation) reach you in real time.

RUN THE RIDE Update the ride step by step: on the way, arrived, passenger on board, completed. Each step is shared with your operator's dispatch team so they always know where the ride stands. Open the pickup address in your preferred navigation app.

EARNINGS AND EXPENSES See your ride payouts and payment details, log ride expenses with a receipt photo, and browse your ride history.

VEHICLE AND AVAILABILITY Go online by choosing the vehicle you are driving today; go offline at the end of your shift.

PRIVACY The app records your location only when you use it: to show your position on the ride map and when you update a ride status. It is shared only with your operator's dispatch team and never in the background. No ads, no tracking, no data sold to third parties.

WHO CAN USE IT Pickup Driver is for drivers of operators registered on the Pickup Dispatch platform. There is no self-service sign-up: your operator invites you and creates your credentials. Operators manage their fleet, bookings and dispatch from the Pickup web platform and the Pickup Dispatch app.
