PickupTime is the operations app for tour and transfer companies that run pickup runs, and the driver app their drivers use on the road. An operator plans a pickup once; the app computes the times, dispatches each run to a vehicle, and guests follow that vehicle live in their own language. Sign in opens an operator and driver chooser.

FOR OPERATORS • Plan a pickup once. Add the hotels and guests; pickup times are computed back from the meeting time, with real driving durations and live address search. • Dispatch to your fleet. Split a run across vehicles, assign drivers, and watch every vehicle on one live board with arrivals, no-shows and ETAs. • Agencies stay informed. Each agency sees a live view scoped to only its own guests and vehicles.

FOR DRIVERS • Live navigation map. Your stops are laid out on a heading-up map with a clear route to each hotel pickup, so you always know where to go next. • One-tap status. Mark each guest "Picked up" or "No-show" with a single tap; the operator board and the guests' tracking pages update instantly. • Plans that keep up. Times are computed from the operation plan; if dispatch re-plans the route, your stops and times refresh without a reload.

FOR EVERYONE • Real-time tracking. While a driver's screen is on, the vehicle location feeds the live map guests, agencies and dispatchers follow, with accurate ETAs in each guest's own language. • Vehicle registration scan (optional). Add a vehicle by photographing its registration document; the details are read automatically.

Your account and data are yours: a visible in-app option permanently deletes your driver record and location history at any time.

PickupTime is for tour and transfer operators; drivers sign in with a company code issued by their operator.
