But what was there before is that earlier drivers had a stipulated routine and their schedules were already pre-planned & assigned that they were not allowed to either choose or change. In our platform, drivers have the benefit of fitting in available trips at a time convenient to them and also opting in for trips they consider solving his/her route, time constraints, and personal preferences. In addition, this flexibility improves overall comfort for drivers but also backs up the idea of a healthy work-life balance. The moment bookings arrive, drivers promptly review booking specifics including drop off and pick up location, time, destination, etc. This multifaceted data enables drivers to make responsible choices on the list of bookings to take, thus making them vigilant and able to efficiently manage their time and earnings. Afterwards, the selected book can be a confirmation to the drivers for them to secure their availability for they can agree to transport the passengers.
