An app for tracking meals, workouts, blood glucose and the vital data collected from your watch or from Apple Health, combined in one place and integrated with several devices. The interface is fully Arabic, with English supported.

Workouts Log a session set by set, with a rest timer that starts automatically after each set, and the previous session's weights shown while you train. Templates for repeated workouts, and a full history of every session and its work volume.

Meals Photograph a meal and estimate its calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat using AI. Scan a product barcode, photograph the nutrition label, or enter values manually.

Fasting A fasting timer with stages based on published research, goals of up to 336 hours, and a log of every completed fast.

Blood glucose Readings from a Bluetooth meter, a Libre sensor, or manual entry. Charts for the day and the week, and the effect of meals on readings.

Body measurements Weight, body fat percentage and body measurements, with charts and a comparison between any two dates.

Watch and home screen An Apple Watch app for logging sets, timing rest and viewing the current fast. A home screen widget showing the day's figures. And watch integration through Apple Health for steps, heart rate, sleep and energy.

Friends Add friends and share progress, with separate control over each sharing item. Your email address is not visible to other users. Built-in chat supporting voice messages, replies and reactions, with the ability to block any user and report any content.

No ads and no tracking tools.

The app records what the user enters and displays what their devices send. It is not a medical device, and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or any dose or medication recommendation.
