HOW ELDERLINK FAMILY CARE WORKS A trusted family member creates a household and invites a parent. The parent joins through a simple pairing flow and decides which categories may be shared. The family member can support daily routines while the parent remains in control of consent and privacy.

DAILY PLANS AND CHECK-INS Create daily plans for routines, medication reminders, appointments or other personal tasks. A parent can review and confirm a plan in the app. An “I’m okay today” check-in is a simple way to share how the person is doing.

These features support communication and shared routines. A plan confirmation means only that the user confirmed the plan in the app; it is not proof that medication was taken.

PRIVACY AND CONSENT • The parent’s consent controls what is shared with each approved family member • Sharing for plans, check-ins and device information can be managed separately • A parent can review the care circle and disconnect a family member • Caregiver access is limited to the accepted household relationship • Account and associated data deletion is available from Settings • Privacy controls consider GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and KVKK rights • Caregivers can sign in securely with email, Google or Apple • Parent access is passwordless and anonymous by design

SAFETY AND HONEST EXPECTATIONS ElderLink is not a medical device. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend doses, verify that medication was taken or make automatic emergency decisions. Notifications depend on the device, internet connection, operating system, permissions and battery settings. The app does not guarantee delivery at an exact time in every condition.
