Log nights, points and loyalty
Stay cards now lift clearly off the background in light and dark, and colour marks the one action you can press. Adding your first stay is no longer met with a paywall.
Add a stay once. It keeps working.
Share a booking confirmation and Stayed takes it from there: your nights
counted, your status watched, the cancellation deadline in view before it costs
you money, and afterwards a check of the points you log against what the stay
was expected to earn.
No account. No login. Your stays live on your phone and sync through your own
private iCloud, which we cannot read.
THE LEDGER
Booked anywhere, filed the same. Every stay with its dates, rate and
cancellation terms in one dated list, and a flag on the bookings that will not
earn you anything.
Bring bookings in however you have them: share from Mail, forward the email,
paste the text, import a PDF, or let Stayed find them in your calendar. Every
one shows you a draft before anything is kept.
ON EVERY STAY
Open a stay for the map, the check-in and check-out times, what the property
has, and the forecast for the nights you will be there.
Been before? Stayed says which visit this is, the room you had last time, and
whether you said you would book again.
THE LOYALTY WALLET
Points lapse on a schedule your program rarely shows you: 12 months at IHG
and Accor, 24 at Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt. Stayed works the date out from
your own stays and warns you 90 days and 30 days ahead. Free nights and suite
upgrades get their own notice.
Status is counted in nights, so the wallet shows yours plainly: the nights you
have slept, the nights already booked and how many more you need before the
year resets.
DID YOUR POINTS ARRIVE?
After a stay, type in the points your program credited. Stayed says whether
they land above, in line with, or below the range it estimated the stay would
earn, and shows how it worked that out.
If nothing arrived at all, Stayed gathers what the claim asks for: member
number, hotel, dates, confirmation number. Copy it in one tap, then send it the
way your program takes these. Four of them publish an online form and Stayed
opens it for you; the rest take these by email or phone.
Stayed never tells you that you are owed points. Loyalty math has too many
moving parts for that. It tells you when a stay is worth a second look.
THE PASSPORT
Everywhere you have stayed on one globe, with stamps and totals for every year.
33 loyalty programs. 140 hotel brands. 9 booking sites.
WHAT IS FREE
Unlimited stays, the passport, and one loyalty program with every expiration
warning. Your phone reads confirmations without limit; five cloud reads a month
cover the ones it cannot manage on its own. No ads and no third-party trackers.
STAYED PRO
Reads every confirmation automatically with no monthly cap, tracks every
loyalty program you carry, and adds points estimates, the points check after
a stay, calendar sync, email sync, file import, photo matching and area guides,
plus a concierge for the area around any stay: ask what is nearby, ask
follow-up questions, and tap the places it suggests to open them in Maps.
