NotaryLog is a digital notary journal for U.S. notaries, mobile notaries, and notary signing agents who want a fast, searchable record of every notarial act. It replaces a paper notary book with encrypted local records, signer signatures, optional thumbprint and ID photos, GPS tags, PDF journal export, and CSV fee export.

SIGNATURE, THUMBPRINT, AND GPS RECORDS Capture a signer signature directly on your iPhone. Add a thumbprint photo, or a photo of the signer's identification, when you choose to. For mobile notary work and loan signing appointments NotaryLog can tag an entry with the address where the signing took place. Location tagging is optional and can be switched off at any time.

SEARCH AND FILTER YOUR RECORDS A paper notary journal is slow to review. Search your journal by signer name, document type, ID details, or notes and find the record you need in seconds. Filter to active entries or voided entries. Voiding an entry keeps it and marks it visibly rather than deleting it, so the record stays intact.

EXPORT YOUR NOTARY JOURNAL Export a date-range PDF journal, arranged chronologically, including signatures and thumbprint photos. Export your fee history as CSV for bookkeeping, tax records, or 1099 prep. Share either one straight from the app.

PRIVATE LOCAL STORAGE NotaryLog stores journal entries on your device with AES encryption. Signer details do not leave your iPhone unless you export them yourself. Lock the app with a PIN and Face ID or Touch ID, and set a recovery code and security question in case you forget the PIN. There is no account and no sign-up.

FEES AND EARNINGS Save a per-act fee and travel rate on your profile, record what you charged and how you were paid on each entry, and see the running monthly fee total at the top of your journal.
