A TWO-WAY CONNECTION WITH FAMILY Your family uses the separate Guardian Sarah Family app. Their notes, photos and voice messages arrive in your Messages. Visit information, saved stories and everyday requests connect the two apps. Use Call Family to open your phone's dialer for a saved contact.

Sarah is an AI voice assistant, not a real person. She introduces herself as AI on calls. Guardian Sarah is not a medical device and not a safety service. Sarah cannot detect a fall or call for help. In an emergency, call 911. For a mental-health crisis, call or text 988.
