TollGate charges you a physical toll to get into the apps that eat your day. Pick the ones that pull you in. When you open one, TollGate asks for push-ups or jumping jacks — counted by your camera, on your device — before it lets you through. Pay the toll, get 15 minutes. Then the gate closes again.

Willpower is a resource you spend down over the day. Friction is a cost you pay every time, no matter how tired you are. Only one of those still works at 11pm.

ALARMS THAT DON'T TAKE NO Set a wake-up gate and the alarm doesn't stop until the reps are done. Prop the phone up, get on the floor, and the day starts with something already paid for. Snoozes are finite and the app tells you how many are left.

YOUR CAMERA COUNTS, YOUR PHONE KEEPS IT Reps are verified on-device with pose detection. TollGate checks your form — elbow angle for push-ups, arm elevation for jumping jacks — flags half reps, rejects reps too fast to be real, and stops counting if you leave the frame.

Nothing is recorded. Nothing is saved. Nothing is uploaded. The camera feed never leaves your phone.
