One gratitude a day, thirty seconds. Your streak, your friends, your memories coming back. This version polishes the home screen, the feed and the ranking.

No journal to fill. No twenty-minute meditation. Thirty seconds, one sentence, and your day is done.

Except that after three weeks, something has changed: your brain starts looking for the good on its own.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Open the app and write what did you good today. One line is enough.
2. You can attach a photo. It loses its location data before it leaves your phone, and it stays with your gratitude, in your history.
3. Save it. Your day is green for good.
4. If you like, share it: with all your friends, or just a few.

One a day. The work is not the writing, it is the choosing.

WHAT BRINGS YOU BACK TOMORROW

YOUR STREAK, AND THE FLAMES THAT COME WITH IT 3 days, then 7, 14, 30, 50, 75, 100, and finally 150. Each tier has its own color, icon and animation.

ONE MISSED DAY DOES NOT ERASE EVERYTHING Most apps reset you to zero without mercy. Here you win back your entire lost streak by holding a few days in a row.

BADGES TO EARN Bronze, Silver, Gold, Emerald, Diamond, Ruby, Sapphire, Obsidian. The last one takes 300 completed days. Every unlock plays full screen.

YOUR YEAR AT A GLANCE A contribution calendar, square by square: each green cell is a day you took thirty seconds for yourself.

YOUR MEMORIES COME LOOKING FOR YOU "94 days ago, you wrote..." The feed brings your old entries back, with no repeats until you have seen them all. It is the most moving part of the app, and it only exists if you have written.

YOUR FRIENDS, YOUR MOTIVATION Add the people close to you by @username. Each has a profile page: their streak, completed days and shares, photos included. You can react: heart, laugh, sad, smile, clap. You get a notification when someone reacts to yours. And above all: you know when they are waiting for you.

MAX, YOUR GRATITUDE COMPANION Max is there from day one. Every morning he shares his own gratitude. Behind it, a true story unfolding over a whole month: the soup that stopped a war in Switzerland, Mozart's starling, the dog of Montargis. Twelve tales, 365 days.

THE RANKING Global or monthly. You see exactly where you stand, and how many days separate you from the place above.

A REMINDER, NOT A NAG Pick your time slot and your level. The app goes quiet for good if you ask it to.

YOUR PERSONAL ANALYSIS (OPTIONAL, PAID)

If you want it, First Merci reads back what you have written and tells you what it sees: what comes up often, what changed, what you keep returning to. It is generated by artificial intelligence.

Nothing is ever sent unless you have subscribed AND ticked the consent box. Your email, your username and your friends' identities never travel with the text.

Premium comes monthly or yearly, at the price shown by the App Store. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and is managed in your App Store account settings. A single-month option exists. Analyses produced while subscribed stay readable after you cancel: you keep what you paid for.

Everything else in First Merci is free.

YOUR PRIVATE GARDEN STAYS PRIVATE

Your entries are private by default. A share goes only to your friends, all of them or the ones you pick, and lives 24 hours, never in public.

You can report content, block someone, and delete your account and everything in it from inside the app.

No ads. No tracking.

By email, or one tap with Apple or Google. We never receive your password. If you choose "Hide My Email", the relay address is what we keep.
