MB Athletic is the personal-training and progress-tracking app for members of MB Athletic Performance.

YOUR WEEKLY SCHEDULE See the weekly schedule your trainer set up for you, day by day. Can't make a session? Cancel it with one tap and undo it if your plans change. A reminder notification arrives an hour before each session.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS • Body measurements: weight, body fat, muscle mass and circumferences, charted over time • Performance tests: sprints, countermovement jump, Yo-Yo, strength (1RM), mobility and FMS — each result compared with your previous one • Workout logs: exercise, sets, reps and weight, plus your total volume lifted and personal records • Your coach's comment on every measurement and test

BEFORE / AFTER PHOTOS Add progress photos if you want and compare two shots of the same pose with a slider. Photos are kept in private storage that only you and the gym staff can open. Adding photos is entirely optional.

CONSISTENCY AND BADGES Your home screen shows how many sessions you did this week, your attendance rate, your weekly streak and the badges you earned.

FROM THE GYM Gym announcements, your coach's tip of the day and the gym gallery, all on the home screen.

ABOUT PAYMENTS No payments are taken inside the app and there are no in-app purchases. Membership fees are collected by the gym outside the app; the app only displays a record of them.
