Microama is a quiet, private journal for an Amanita muscaria microdosing protocol. It keeps the record. It does not tell you what to take.

A protocol is easy to start and hard to keep track of. Which day of the cycle is this? Was yesterday a rest day? Did last week feel any different from the one before? Microama answers those questions without turning your practice into a spreadsheet.

WHAT IT DOES

• Follow a protocol — one day on and two off, four days on and three off, or every other day — and always know which day of the cycle you are on • Log an intake in a few taps: amount, form, timing, and whether it was on an empty stomach • Back-fill a day you forgot, or correct one you got wrong • Check in on how you feel: a quick mood scale, or sliders for energy, focus, calm, sleep and creativity • Choose which of those you want to track, and change your mind later without losing what you already logged • See a calendar of your cycle at a glance, with the amount marked on every day you logged • Watch a seven-day trend of what you have been tracking • Write a note on any intake or any day, and read them all back as one journal — newest first, and searchable by what you wrote • Keep it in sight on your home screen: a widget carries the day of the cycle, what you logged and today's well-being — a reminder in passing, and one tap to the screen you need • Get a reminder on dose days and an evening nudge to check in • Export everything as CSV or JSON, whenever you want, for whatever you want

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT

Your doses, your notes and your check-ins are stored on your phone. There is no feed, no account required, and nothing to share. Sign in with Apple is optional and exists only so your entries can follow you to another device.

If you want a second lock, turn on Face ID or a four-digit passcode in Profile. And if you ever want out, one tap deletes everything.

WHAT IT IS NOT

Microama is a tracker, not medical advice! It does not sell, supply or point you towards any substance, and it will not tell you that more is better. Whatever your protocol involves, treat it seriously and talk to a healthcare professional who knows your history — especially if you take prescription medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a condition to consider.
