BUILD YOUR ROUTE Choose your distance, a loop or out-and-back, and a starting point at your location or nearby. Choose Balanced, Quiet Roads, Trail & Adventure, or Fast & Smooth, then compare mapped route options, distance, elevation, and disclosed compromises.

START RUNNING Start a Quick Run without planning a route. Track time, distance and pace, pause or resume your session, and review completed runs in Activity. Location recording can continue during an active run with the screen locked when permission is enabled.

MAKE IT YOURS Choose a workout, set your running preferences, save routes, manage voice guidance, and optionally connect Apple Health.

FIND YOUR COMMUNITY Sign in to discover shared routes, follow runners, and participate in RunLoop Community features. Account and Community participation are optional for core route planning and run tracking.
