Choose the apps that take your day. Open one and a shield appears instead, carrying a short prayer and the verse it comes from. Pray. Tap Amen. The app opens for the window you picked.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Pick the apps and categories to block.
2. Tell the app how you feel today: anxious, grateful, tempted, tired, lonely.
3. Open a blocked app. The shield appears with a prayer written for that mood.
4. Pray for the time you set, then tap Amen.
5. Your apps open for 5, 15 or 30 minutes and your streak goes up by one.

THE PRAYER IS ON THE SHIELD Most faith blockers send you into their app to earn the unlock, which quietly turns the pause into one more thing to open. Here the prayer and the verse render on the shield itself. You pray where you already are, and you never have to leave to get back in.

PRAYERS THAT FIT THE DAY Anxious at 11pm is not the same as grateful on a Sunday morning. Pick the mood and the prayer changes with it. Every one is rooted in a real passage, with the reference and the verse shown beside it so you know exactly where the words came from.

SET THE FRICTION YOURSELF You decide how long a prayer has to last before Amen unlocks anything, from a quick 30 seconds to five full minutes. You decide how long the unlock lasts. Make it gentle while the habit is new, then tighten it when you are ready.
