• Connect a wearable - Apple Health, Oura, Whoop, Garmin, Fitbit, Polar and others - so heart rate, HRV, sleep and activity feed the same picture
• Follow your action plan: the specific steps your care team has recommended, with reminders
• Move & Breathe: guided breathing, meditation and coherence training that responds to your live heart rate when a compatible monitor is connected
• Keep a symptom journal, so what you felt and when is there at your appointment
• Message your care team and join telehealth visits
