PREDICTIONS THAT LEARN Wake windows and nap lengths start from age-typical baselines and sharpen as your child's own sleep history builds up, so predictions get more accurate the more you use the app.

FLEXIBLE NAP SCHEDULES Set an exact number of naps per day, let the app infer it from your child's age and history, or give it a range (like "2 or 3") and it will pick the right one each day based on how the day is actually going.
