A Friend in Me

A Friend in Me is the companion that checks in on you — not the other way around. Every morning, it reaches out first, the way a good friend would. Chat any time about your day, your goals, or whatever's on your mind, with a companion that remembers what you've told it and actually follows up.

Choose the voice that fits you: a warm, casual best friend, or a direct, accountability-focused coach who keeps you honest about your own goals.

Track how your days feel in the Mood tab, and see your last seven days at a glance.

Members unlock evening check-ins too, a higher daily message limit, our most capable AI model, and your full mood history.

A Friend in Me is a supportive companion, not a substitute for professional mental health care.
