Kora - Sync for Garmin Watches

Kora — your watch, your data, your Health app.

Kora connects directly to your Garmin watch over Bluetooth and brings everything it measures into Apple Health. No account. No cloud. No app to sign into. Your health data travels once — from your wrist to your phone — and stays there.

Everything lands in Apple Health

• Heart rate around the clock
• Sleep with stages
• HRV
• Blood oxygen
• Respiratory rate
• Calories
• Steps
• Workouts with GPS routes and energy
• Hydration

Written at their true recorded times, deduplicated, never double-counted.

A Today screen that tells the truth Live heart rate, steps, body battery, stress, sleep and training readiness at a glance — each value labelled with where it came from and how fresh it is. If something hasn't synced, Kora says so instead of guessing.

Auto sync your trips Connect your calendar or TripIt, and automatically sync to Trips / Jet lag advisor

Your data is yours Everything lives on your phone. Export any day as a file you own with one tap. The only thing Kora ever uploads is a diagnostic log — and only when you press the button.

Kora is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Garmin Ltd. Garmin is a trademark of Garmin Ltd. Requires a compatible Garmin watch. Kora provides wellness information only and is not a medical device.

Kora Pro has an auto-renewing subscription element (monthly or yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel in Apple Account settings.

A lifetime license is also available.
