MTR Builders is a construction site management app for running jobs from the field. Keep sites, projects, crews, attendance, materials, and site conversations in one workspace so your team stays aligned.

Who it is for Supervisors, workers, site managers, clients, and suppliers who need a shared view of construction work. Sign in with a team account, request access as a supervisor or worker, or create a client account to submit a job request.

Sites and projects Create construction sites with map locations, assign a client and supervisor, and add projects with dates and descriptions. Open a site to see project counts, workers, files, location, and current status.

Crews and site chat Coordinate crews on each project, including who is assigned and who is on site. Share progress in site chat with photos, files, voice notes, reactions, and threaded replies so issues are resolved where the work happens.

Attendance Workers and supervisors check in and check out from assigned sites. Location is used when recording attendance. Review who is on shift, daily entries, and timed sessions from the attendance overview.

Materials, equipment, and suppliers Allocate materials to sites and keep stock in inventory. Assign equipment to people and projects. Manage supplier records and invoices from the same app.

Team and client records Manage team members, personal records, documents, and client details from one menu. New team members can request access for admin approval.

Languages Use the app in English, French, German, Spanish, or Portuguese.
