Site Tracks is a construction operations platform for UK construction companies, built to connect site teams, supervisors, managers and sub-contractors in one live workspace.

Designed for the way construction teams work, Site Tracks brings daily site operations into a single mobile app. Log time, complete forms, raise requests, track jobs, record price work, manage plant, review approvals and stay up to date whether you are on site or in the office.

BUILT FOR EVERY ROLE: Site Tracks adapts to each user. Labour can see their allocations, submit timesheets, complete site forms, raise requests and record price work. Supervisors can keep track of site activity, audits, jobs and contacts. Managers get the wider operational view with approvals, project information, job progress, purchase orders, enquiries and team activity. Sub-contractors can access the projects, jobs, forms and requests assigned to them.

DASHBOARD Start each day with a role-based dashboard. See the work that needs attention, including job activity, allocations, draft timesheets, pending approvals, requests, price work, site audits and key project information.

TIMESHEETS Submit weekly timesheets from site, including standard, overtime and night work rates. Record work days, sick leave, holidays and no-work days, add notes and submit for approval. Managers can review, approve or reject timesheets without chasing paperwork.

PROJECTS AND JOBS View project and job information in one place. Track job milestones, labour allocations, comments, attachments and progress boards. Managers can create projects and jobs, monitor work packages and keep project records up to date.

PLANNER See weekly labour allocations across projects, including day and night shifts and half-day or full-day bookings. Site teams know where they are meant to be, and managers can keep visibility of who is working where.

REQUESTS Raise requests for labour, materials or plant directly from the app. Add urgency, notes and line items, then track progress as requests are acknowledged, ordered, fulfilled or rejected.

PRICE WORK Record measured work with quantities, units, descriptions and job details. Submit price work for approval so managers have a clear record of what has been completed and what needs review.

SITE FORMS Complete company form templates from site, including inspections, toolbox talks, RAMS and other operational forms. Capture text, numbers, dates, checkboxes, selections and photos from the camera or photo library. Submitted forms are stored against the right company and project context.

SITE AUDITS Capture site observations, issues and walk-around audit notes with photos. Submit audits from site, track item status and allow supervisors or managers to acknowledge and follow up.

PLANT AND EQUIPMENT View plant and equipment assigned to site and request off-hire when items are no longer needed. Plant requirements can also be raised through the requests workflow.

PURCHASE ORDERS, ENQUIRIES AND QUOTATIONS Managers can view purchase orders, manage enquiries and access linked quotation information, including sharing quotation PDFs from the device.

ADDRESS BOOK AND CONTACTS Access a searchable company directory covering clients, suppliers, sub-contractors, labour and internal team members, with quick call and email actions where available.

NOTIFICATIONS Customisable push notifications help teams stay on top of job assignments, requests, approvals, timesheets, forms, audits, price work and off-hire activity.

LIVE PLATFORM DATA Site Tracks works with the Site Tracks web dashboard, using the same company data so teams stay aligned when connected. Office staff and site teams can work from the same up-to-date operational picture.

Site Tracks is a business app for companies using the Site Tracks platform. An active company subscription and invitation from your company administrator are required to sign in.
