Lightwake

A light runs through the dark. You are the light.

Two hundred levels of precision platforming, and two ways to play any of them. Roam lets you take your time, move both ways, and go looking for whatever you missed. Run sends you forward on its own and puts your time on the leaderboard.

Relics are what you go back for. There is one every five levels from level 10, always off the fast line, and some of them sit higher than a single jump will take you. Relics open an upgrade track and relics cap it. Everything in between is bought with shards, which you earn by playing, so the deep end of the tree is a long way down.

Everything warns you first. Nothing hits you without a tell. If something killed you, the tell was there, and spotting it is what you take into the next attempt.

One thing you can buy changes how you play: a double jump, which you can also earn with relics. Any run made with a bought one is marked on the leaderboard and can be filtered out, so the boards stay honest about who did what. Everything else for sale is only how you look.
