Kindled — Dungeon Roguelite

KINDLED is a pixel-art dungeon roguelite built for short runs that fit in a break and deep enough to keep you up all night. You are the last flame-knight of a Keep that's going out. Go down, kill what moves in the dark, and keep the torch lit — because when the light dies, something worse shows up.

MELEE + MAGIC COMBAT Sword and fireballs on tap. Every hit has weight: hit-stop, screen shake, combo callouts. Crits double damage and shake the ground.

CLASSIC ROGUELITE Between waves, pick 1 of 3 random buffs: Stout Heart (+30 HP), Keen Edge (+attack), Blood Pact (-40 HP +14 attack), and 7 more. Every run is different.

10 BUFFS + 3 CHALLENGE TOKENS Pacifist (fireballs only), Glass Cannon (1 HP, double damage), Fog of War (half lighting). Stack risks — each combination has its own leaderboard.

2 BIOMES, 2 BOSSES The Keep and the Forest of Ashes. The Keep Boss and the Ember Warden are waiting. More biomes + bosses in future episodes.

META-PROGRESSION Forge (5 upgrades + Prestige), Workshop (4 skins + 4 torches + 4 fireball trails), permanent unlocks, 7-day Daily Login.

STEAM DECK READY Full gamepad navigation (menus, shops, IAPs), 1280×800 HUD, polished touch controls for phones.

LOCALIZED 100% translated to English and Brazilian Portuguese. Six more languages with partial fallback.

NO PAYWALL Everything's playable without spending. Rewarded ads are optional (extra revive, double coins, free buff). Guardian Pass removes ads and unlocks future episodes. Coin packs accelerate the Forge if you want.

5–15 min runs. Deaths lose half your coins (they feed the Forge). Pro tip: the daily seed is the same for every player that day.
