Cyphr City is a cyberpunk card RPG where poker is combat and the whole city is up for grabs. Play cards onto a 5×5 board, build poker hands — pairs, straights, flushes, full houses, and the rare royal flush — and turn every hand into damage. Both hands are face-up, so every card is a chess move: read the board, block their line, and drop the 5th card to steal a hand right out from under them.

You're The Cyphr, a street-level hustler who reads the board like no one else. Climb 35 floors across five districts — from The Block to the corporate tables to a rooftop run by The Architect. Twenty rivals stand between you and the top, and you fight each one exactly once. Beaten is beaten.

POKER IS THE COMBAT Not a card game with an RPG skin — the poker is the fight. Sure, the deck runs on luck. But luck deals the cards; skill runs the city. Reading the board, blocking a line, and knowing when to spend a Trick is what sets the players apart from the marks.

EVERY BOSS PLAYS BY HIS OWN RULES Five district bosses, five broken rules. One kills your diagonals. One won't let a hand score twice in a row. One makes your first card touch his. The rule is announced before the fight — no ambush — but knowing it and beating it are different games. Twenty floors of instinct, undone in one hand.

BUILD YOUR REP Take floors to earn REP and hit harder every level. Spend CRED on weapons, shields, and HP — from a Gold Chain to a Neon Katana. Swap your loadout anywhere on the climb, so what you carry into a fight is always your call.

RUN YOUR TRICKS Carry up to three street Tricks and swing a fight when it counts — Pick Pocket the exact card you want out of their hand, Run It Back for a second turn, drop a Loaded Deck before a boss, or Sweep The Block clean.

CRACK THE SAFE Every district hides a stash. Take the CRED and walk, or crack it at the blackjack table — hit, stand, double or nothing. Naturals pay 3:2. The lock still works; your nerve is the question.
