PRIVACY & SECURITY

NOC for FGT is designed around direct device access. FortiGate passwords are stored locally using the iOS Keychain.

App Lock can protect access to NOC for FGT using Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode, depending on the authentication methods available on your iPhone or iPad. Biometric authentication is handled by iOS; NOC for FGT does not receive or store your Face ID or Touch ID biometric data.

A separate NOC for FGT cloud account is not required for direct device monitoring.

Backup exports do not include passwords, OTP codes, session cookies, CSRF tokens, or other authentication secrets.
