MesDICOM is a native DICOM viewer designed for working with medical imaging files and studies. Open DICOM files, folders, or ZIP archives and explore images with flexible viewing, measurement, and visualization tools.

MEASURE & EXPLORE • Measure distances and angles • Create oval and rectangular regions of interest • View image statistics including mean, standard deviation, minimum and maximum values • Work with calibrated measurements when DICOM spacing information is available

ORGANIZE YOUR STUDIES • Import studies from Files, Safari, AirDrop, and other supported sources • Organize studies into folders • Search by study name, patient name, patient ID, or modality • Browse studies grouped by patient information available in the DICOM data • Keep your imported imaging data stored within the app

PDF & IMAGE EXPORT • Export the current view as an image • Create a PDF summary containing the displayed image, study information, and measurements • All exports are initiated by you through the system sharing interface

DICOMWEB Connect to a DICOM web server that you configure and browse supported studies remotely.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your imported DICOM images are processed and stored locally on your device. Images are not uploaded to a server for viewing. Network access is used when you connect to a DICOM web server you provide.
