Your MRI or CT scan — visible to you, in your hands.

LumaDICOM imports the DICOM files your hospital or clinic gave you and lets you explore them on your iPhone: as 2D slices, or as a real 3D volume you can spin, zoom, and slice through.

WHO IT IS FOR LumaDICOM is for patients who want to understand their own scans. It helps you follow what your doctor is showing you, take a second look in your own time, and share the files with another specialist if you need to. It is NOT a diagnostic tool. It does not highlight pathologies. It does not use AI.

WHAT YOU CAN DO • Open DICOM folders or ZIP archives from Files, iCloud, or a shared link (Google Drive, Dropbox, Yandex Disk). • Browse every slice with smooth scrolling and pinch-to-zoom. • Switch between bone, soft tissue, vessels, or all-tissue rendering presets. • Measure distances in millimeters with an on-screen ruler. • Rotate the 3D model freely, pinch to zoom, pan with two fingers. • Slice the 3D volume along any axis to look inside, with invertible cutting planes. • Adjust brightness, density, and lighting direction. • Save screenshots of the current view to Photos. • Share the complete study as a ZIP via AirDrop, Mail, Messages, Files, or any cloud.

PRIVACY Everything stays on your device. The app does not upload your scans, metadata, or any personal information to any server. No analytics, no telemetry, no tracking. If you choose to share a file through the system share sheet, you decide who receives it.

LANGUAGE The interface is available in Russian and English.
