VixFleet is a transportation management system for motor carriers in the United States. Carriers license it to run dispatch, paperwork and driver settlements; this app is the driver's side of it.
YOUR LOADS
Every load assigned to you, in the order it happens. Pickup and delivery, dates and times, miles, commodity, trailer type and temperature for reefers. Tap a load to see everything the office filed against it, including the rate confirmation the broker sent — the accessorials, the detention terms, the appointment windows. The things arguments are about.
Move a load along as you run it: heading to pickup, at pickup, in transit, delivered. Dispatch sees it the moment you tap.
PAPERWORK, PHOTOGRAPHED ONCE
Bills of lading, proof of delivery, seals, lumper receipts, scale tickets. Point the phone at the paper and tap. Multi-page documents are scanned into a single PDF, straightened and trimmed; photographs of freight and seals stay photographs.
Everything you send goes straight to the office. You see what has been accepted, what is still waiting, and what was sent back — with the reason, so you know what to shoot again instead of guessing.
WHAT YOU HAVE EARNED
Your settlements, and behind them the year: loads run and miles driven, month by month. Answer "what did I make in March" without ringing the office. Statements can be emailed to you as a PDF whenever you want one.
You see your own work and nobody else's. Not the company's revenue, not another driver's numbers.
TOLD, NOT ASKED
The app tells you when a load becomes yours, when a time or an address changes, when a document is sent back, when a load is cancelled, and when a settlement is ready. Each of those can be switched off individually.
FOR DISPATCH TOO
Dispatchers and managers see the whole board: every load the company is running, searchable by number, city or driver. Assign a driver, move a status, and get told when a driver reaches a pickup, delivers, reports a delay or sends paperwork in.
FOR THE OFFICE AND THE SHOP
Dispatchers book loads, assign drivers and attach the rate confirmation from
the phone, then accept or return the paperwork that comes back. Mechanics see
what is due on each truck and close the work out from the yard.
BUILT FOR A TRUCK, NOT A DESK
It works one-handed, it says plainly what is wanted of you, and it does not ask you to type anything a camera can read.
Your carrier issues your account. VixFleet is not a load board and does not sell freight — it is the system your employer runs.
