DigProof

DigProof is a field operations platform built for construction, grading, civil, landscaping, and other field-service companies. It connects the office, jobsites, crews, drivers, equipment, and documentation in one organized system—so important work does not disappear in texts, group chats, or paperwork.

With a DigProof company account, authorized team members can use role-based tools to:

• Manage crews, jobsites, assignments, schedules, and weekly expectations • Clock in and out with jobsite location verification • View assigned work, plans, RFIs, job details, and daily activity • Capture timestamped photos, notes, proof of work, delivery tickets, and field records • Complete daily reports and keep office teams updated on job progress • Coordinate dispatch, driver routes, assignments, and ticket documentation • Record equipment inspections, operating hours, service concerns, and out-of-service issues • Complete safety workflows including inspections, toolbox talks, incident reports, near-miss reports, and required documentation • Route field questions, approvals, and safety concerns to the appropriate company leader • Receive notifications for assignments, schedule changes, company announcements, approvals, safety items, and other important updates • Give owners and administrators clearer visibility into what is happening across the company

DigProof is designed around real field workflows. Features and navigation are based on each user's company role, helping crew members stay focused while giving foremen, project leaders, office staff, drivers, and owners the tools they need.

DigProof is an invitation-only business application. Access is provided by your employer or organization, and available features depend on your company's configuration and your assigned role.

Location information is used when you perform location-based actions, such as clocking in or out at a jobsite. DigProof does not require continuous background location tracking.
