Patient Compass helps you follow the information your surgical team has shared with you before and after an operation.

Open your personal link, enter the code, or scan the QR from your team. Patient Compass then takes you to the right part of your journey:

• Polaris helps you understand what is ahead and prepare before surgery.
• The Compass provides paced, day-by-day information for recovery after surgery.

Accessibility options include Easy Read, text-size controls, high contrast, dark mode and reduced motion. In the iPhone and iPad app, QR scanning happens on the device and optional recovery reminders are scheduled locally.
