Neighbor reports Anyone can submit a tipster or non-emergency report, add photos, and post anonymously. Community reports appear alongside official data and are always clearly labeled as unverified — never dressed up as police records.

Alerts that match your life Set a radius around your home and get notified when something happens inside it. Choose which severity levels reach you, and set quiet hours so you can sleep.

Your neighborhood, privately HOAs, neighborhoods, and schools can create a private community with a real drawn boundary, not a ZIP code. Join with a code from your board or property manager and message your actual neighbors in dedicated channels.

BUILT WITHOUT SURVEILLANCE

Everything here is either public record or shared by choice. We install no hardware, operate no cameras, and scan no one. Nobody is entered into a database for walking or driving through your neighborhood. The app contains no advertising trackers, and location is only ever used while the app is open.

Submitting tipster and non-emergency reports is free for everyone, always.

A subscription lets you create your own community, join a private one, and message inside it. HOAs and property management companies can sponsor their communities so residents join free — reach us at info@ghsolutionsllc.com.

Green Hat Community is not an emergency service and is not a replacement for 911. It does not contact police, fire, or medical responders. In an emergency, always call 911.

SUBSCRIPTION

Green Hat Premium — $5.99 per month, or $49.99 per year. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
