Rekuvr shows you which muscles you have trained, when, and how long a typical recovery window runs - so you can plan your next session with something better than memory. WHAT IT DOES Log a workout. Rekuvr maps every set to the muscles it worked and shows the result on a body map: what you trained recently, what you have not touched in a while, and how your training sits against your own targets.

It is a guide, not a verdict. Rekuvr shows timing and set counts. It does not diagnose anything, does not make medical claims, and does not tell you how your body feels. You decide what to train.

WHAT REKUVR WILL NOT TELL YOU

It will not score your readiness as a percentage, or make claims about what is happening inside your body. Nobody can know that from a training log, so Rekuvr does not pretend to. What you get instead is an honest record of what you did and a sensible view of the timing.

Rekuvr is a general fitness and training app. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional advice. Train at your own pace, and stop if something hurts.

SUBSCRIPTION

Rekuvr Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period. Manage your subscription or turn off auto-renew in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
