Guided vacuum & self-massage
Two and a half minutes when you wake, two and a half before bed. Short enough to do on a bad day, which is what makes it last.
Five minutes a day for a flatter belly.
Two short sessions, morning and evening. The same sequence every day. Nothing to plan, nothing to configure.
MORNING, 2 min 30
Breathe. Stomach vacuum. Deep-core work. Stand tall.
EVENING, 2 min 30
Four self-massage strokes, then a moment to unwind.
GUIDED OUT LOUD
A calm voice names each movement and counts the breaths, so the session works lying on the floor with your eyes closed. Every step is spoken, in English or French. There is a drawing of each movement if you would rather look.
Nothing is streamed. It works with your phone in flight mode.
IT FOLLOWS YOUR CYCLE, AND YOUR PMS
The routine shortens and softens while you are bleeding. And through the PMS days, when the belly swells and nothing feels right, the evening massage runs longer, because that is when it helps most.
The app tells you why, on the day. A fuller belly then reads as what it is, and not as lost ground.
PROGRESS YOU CAN TRUST
One waist measurement a week, in inches or centimetres to match your phone. A photograph when you feel like it, framed with a neutral guide so two of them actually compare.
Enough to notice a real change. Not so much that a bad Tuesday feels like failure.
BEFORE AND AFTER, SIDE BY SIDE
Put two photographs face to face and the app works out the difference and the months between them. A card builds itself, with both dates and the change.
Send it to a friend, to your sister, to whoever started the same week you did. That is what makes it last: someone who knows where you are.
Nothing is scored or ranked. And nothing leaves unless you choose to send it: only the card in front of you goes, never your other photographs.
A STREAK THAT FORGIVES
Miss a day and it starts again. There is no leaderboard, no coach persona, and nothing here is designed to make you feel behind.
ONLY YOU CAN SEE IT
No account. No server of ours. No analytics, and no third-party software inside the app.
Your photographs, your measurements and your cycle stay on your iPhone and in your own private iCloud, where they follow you to a new phone. We never receive them. Not because we promise to be careful, but because there is nowhere for them to go.
Flata is a routine, not medical advice. If you are pregnant, recently gave birth, or are being treated for anything abdominal, speak to your doctor or midwife first. Stop if a movement hurts.
