Leave Your Bed — step away and snap a quick photo Find Sunlight — open the curtain and let the morning in Drink Water — a sip to wake your body up Walk 20 Steps — a few steps to get you moving

Each mission is checked right on your phone — photos are verified on-device and never leave your phone or get saved anywhere. There's no pass/fail pressure and no shame if a photo doesn't pass the first time; just a friendly nudge to try again.
