• Item Search: Lark rolls one of your chosen items (toothbrush, coffee mug, computer, mirror, whatever you pick) and you hunt it down with your camera • Exercise: push-ups, sit-ups, or squats, counted rep by rep by your camera • Scan a Code: stick a QR code in the bathroom and let the walk be the mission • Speak Your Line: read your morning affirmation out loud • Quick Math: wake your brain up, no camera needed

Dismiss the alarm without finishing? Lark re-alarms and keeps at it. Getting up becomes the fastest way to make the noise stop.

MEET YOUR LARK Your companion is a little origami bird that grows with your streak: Hatchling, Fledgling, Songbird, Soaring, and, at 30 straight mornings, the Golden Lark. Win the morning and it flies. Lose one and it droops. Yes, you'll feel it. (Every 7th straight win banks a streak freeze, so one rough morning won't undo a great month.)

GROW YOUR FLOCK Medals hatch new birds: cardinal, blue jay, raven, owl, seagull, flying fish. Go 30 straight and a phoenix joins your flock. Dress them from the wardrobe (the cowboy hat is on the house) and choose the sky they fly in, from clear morning to sunrise, dusk, and storm.

WIN YOUR MORNINGS Every completed mission ends in a Morning Win: your streak, your time from ring to done, and how you compare to your own average. Wins pay XP, with bonuses for getting up early and finishing fast. The Journey tab keeps score: your level, your evolution path, 18 earnable medals (First Light, On Fire, Comeback, Speedster, Century Club and more), your consistency ring, and a morning-by-morning log. A home screen widget keeps your streak and next alarm in sight.

BUILT FOR THE NIGHT BEFORE Every evening, Lark confirms tomorrow's alarm is armed and tells you the bedtime that buys you a full night's sleep. No surprises at 6 AM.

REAL ALARMS Built on Apple's AlarmKit, Lark rings like the built-in Clock: through Silent mode, through Focus. It's a real alarm, not a notification pretending to be one.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN No tracking. No ads. No third-party analytics. Sign-in with Apple or Google is optional; skip it and everything still works. Your alarms, streaks, and history live on your iPhone, and alarms never depend on a network to ring. Camera missions are processed entirely on-device; frames are never stored or uploaded. Spoken missions use on-device speech recognition whenever your device supports it.
