CMJ, squat jump, Abalakov, approach jumps and your own custom types. Wear it in practice: every jump counted and measured automatically.

BAR VELOCITY Auto-detected reps with peak and mean concentric velocity, range of motion, velocity-loss tracking with configurable set-stop alerts, training zones, bar path and full velocity/power curves - plus explosive-profile metrics like time-to-peak-velocity, POP-100 and the eccentric acceleration index.
