Vital helps you understand the health records already on your Apple devices.

Instead of judging every number against a generic average, Vital starts with your own history. It estimates your usual range, reduces the influence of potential outliers, and highlights changes that may be worth noticing.

PERSONAL BASELINES

See a representative average and usual range based on recent records. Potential outliers remain visible in charts but can be excluded from baseline calculations.

TRENDS AND DAILY DETAILS

Explore day-by-day charts for sleep, activity, heart, mobility, hearing, nutrition, environmental exposure, mindfulness, body measurements, and other supported Health data.

ANALYSIS LAB

Compare two metrics on the same day or with a time lag. Vital uses rank correlation on daily changes and checks stability across time periods to reduce misleading relationships caused by shared long-term trends.

CONTEXT, NOT A DIAGNOSIS

Add an age and reference group to view clearly sourced population context for selected metrics. Personal trends remain separate from published reference data.

APPLE WATCH AND LIVE ACTIVITIES

Check your latest score and key signals from Apple Watch. When enabled, Live Activities can also show a compact summary on the Lock Screen, Dynamic Island, and Watch Smart Stack.

SHARE ON YOUR TERMS

Create a Stories image, a wide post, or a compact transparent card for Today, Analysis, and Baseline. Images are generated locally and shared only after you choose a destination.

OPTIONAL PRIVATE COMMUNITY

Create or join invite-only groups to share only the workout summaries you choose: activity type, date, duration, distance, and Vital Effort. Community accounts and shared summaries use Supabase. Raw HealthKit data, heart rate, sleep, HRV, location, and routes are never uploaded.
