MiniAgent HORECA turns food-safety compliance into a few taps on a kitchen tablet.

Staff run their daily checks — fridge and freezer temperatures, hot-holding, cleaning sign-off, deliveries — and sign each one with a personal PIN. Out-of-range readings prompt a corrective action on the spot, so problems are logged and fixed, not forgotten.

Everything is recorded into a clean HACCP journal the manager and inspectors can review by day or by period. The tablet works offline and syncs automatically when it is back online, so a dropped connection never stops a check.

The owner sets up venues, checks and staff from a web portal; the tablet pairs to one venue and shows exactly the checks that belong there.
